Responsibilities主要職責：
Report to general manager and supervise quality control，follow up NCR product during manufacturing.
直接向總經理報告, 進行產線質量跟蹤控制，追蹤生產過程不良品

Ensure online good quality and lower scrap rate. Investigate and analyzing quality problem and lead to implement corrective actions.
確保在線生產產品的質量，控制報廢率。調查并分析質量問題的產生,引導制定并執行 糾正措施

Effectively communicate and coordinate with customer side to track and solve customer complain and claim.
和客戶方進行有效溝通和協調，追蹤及處理客戶投訴及抱怨

Manage with subordinates to proactively avoid and reduce quality problems.
管理帶隊下屬,主動避免及減少質量問題

cooperate with new product releasing
協助新產品引入

Responsible for quality control document system of ECM.
負責維護質量控制文件系統ECM

Responsible for ISO9000 internal & external audit.
負責ISO9000的內部及外部審計

Implementation and maintenance of lean initiatives and principles.
積極主動貫徹精益生產原則

Ensure safety and enforce 5S in the department.
確保安全生產及5S執行
